A+ Fiber Mill @Riverside Alpacas

(315) 689-3550

Riverside Alpacas is a family run farm with three generations working together to raise quality alpacas, promote the alpaca fiber industry and educate breeders and all interested parties.

Our tour starts in the barn and pastures with hands-on discussion about alpacas and their beautiful fiber. From our multi-champion herdsire to bred females to pet-quality males, we have alpacas for everyone. During the summer and fall farm visitors can watch the crias (babies) run and play - great opportunities for photos.

Our tour continues as we proceed to our state of the art fiber mill. A+ Alpaca Fiber Mill receives fiber from alpaca owners all over the country and creates beautiful yarns for their farm stores. The tour takes visitors through each stage of processing raw fiber to finished yarn. We end the tour in our farm store with a look (and touch) of the many finished goods made out of the fiber from our own animals.

Please call or e-mail to schedule a visit for your family or group. l
